Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Mohnenfluh, Hotel Hochtannberg, and nearby appartment houses. The Standard Conference Fee includes a single room in a 2-room appartment. Each appartment has a separate shower and bathroom.

As originally planned for a limited number of participants, accomodations are in walking distance of the conference venue. Since early registrations have filled up these accomodations, a shuttle service will be organized for those who will be accomodated in appartment houses located beyond walking distance.

Comfortable apartments for two persons, or single rooms are available at reasonable supplementary cost.

The conference fee includes full board. Breakfast will be served at the two hotels and in various appartment houses. Lunch packages will be available at the conference venue. Dinner will be served in the two hotels.
