MiPsummer 2010 - Registration

Students without Abstracts will not be registered.

 

Upon succesful registration the participants will receive an e-mail with further information concerning payment details and further information.

The number of participants will be limited. Registrations will be confirmed until we are fully booked.

 

Registration Fees cover full board (six nights) including breakfast and all meals, coffee breaks:

400 Euro (accommodation in a standard room; two registered participants per room).

For a private room add 85 Euros. (Number of single rooms is limited.)

 

Note: an additional 150 Euros fee will be added for a late registration received after May 10.

 

Those who are willing to participate in the MiPsummer School are asked to submit a short Abstract on their experimental results (which may be presented in forum sessions) or experimental plans (which may be discussed in small working groups). All abstracts will be reviewed and published on the MiP website.

Poster presentations will be selected from the submitted abstracts by the Scientific Advisory Board.

Oral presentations (5+5 min) will be selected from the posters by the Scientific Advisory Board  (1) in advance for inclusion into the regular program, and (2) during the first days, for a general session on one of the last afternoons during the MiPsummer School.

 

Impotant dates:

Abstract submission by May 15, 2010.

Abstract should contain Title, Names and affiliations of authors, and a Body text of max 250 words. Abstract as a DOC or PDF file has to be e-mailed to the organizers:
