Mitochondrial preparations

Description

mt-preparations are isolated mitochondria, submitochondrial particles, tissue homogenate, mechanically or chemically permeabilized fibres and permeabilized cells. In these preparations the cell membranes are either removed (isolated mitochondria and submitochondrial particles) or mechanically (homogenate) and chemically permeabilized.

Abbreviation: mt-preparations
