- Illumination on/off: The illumination in both chambers is switched on/off.
- When on, the illumination is automatically switched off after 60 seconds to avoid interference with optical measurements. In fact, this illumination must be distinguished from light introduced into the chambers by LEDs for the purpose of spectrophotometric and fluorometric measurements and from the PBLS in the PhotoBiology-Module. For these applications, the internal illumination must be switched off.
