    • Duration oral presentations selected from abstracts: 10 min (+5 min discussion)
    • Aspect ratio for slides: 16:9
    • Use either PowerPoint or Keynote
    • A laptop for your presentation is provided
    • If you work with a Mac please bring your own computer
    • Ensure you bring an adapter for your device with HDMI connection, VGA to HDMI is provided
    • Please make sure you do not go overtime
    • Media check to hand in your slides in the morning of the conference is possible

    • Abstracts accepted until event is fully booked.
    Submissions of original contributions on mitObesity and Healthy Aging for the MiP2023 conference are welcome.
    Format: Abstracts up to 250 words with DOI of collected abstracts, which may be extended to full BEC articles.

    Student travel award
    What? Up to 350 EUR to cover travel costs to attend MiPschool or MiP2023.
    Who is eligible to apply? Undergrad and graduate students who have registered for either or both events.
    How? Apply by registering for a 2023 MiPevent, submitting an abstract and sending a short application letter to [email protected]. Applications without registrations will not be considered.
    When? Registrations, abstracts and application letters must be received by July 9th. Students selected to receive the award will be notified by July 14th.
