DatLab 7.3 Innovations Summary - new features
- Calibration and flux analysis - conceptual unification for all O2k-FluoRespirometer channels and add-on O2k-Modules.
- DatLab Protocols: Instrumental protocols for calibrations and experimental substrate-uncoupler-inhibitor (SUIT) protocols are provided in DatLab 7.3 guiding the user step-by-step through the experiment, with programmed Events (titrations) and Marks (sections of the experiment for statistical analysis).
- Browse DL-Protocols and templates: easy access to a library of protocols for selection of the appropriate SUIT protocol, showing an application example.
- Lower O2 limit: An automatic warning is given when reaching an oxygen limit specific for each SUIT protocol.
- Graphs: Standard graph layouts can be selected, and stored as User-defined layouts, for viewing multi-channel experiments and simple graphics export for publication.
- Mark statistics: Additional statistical features are available for numerical display of results from DL-Protocol Marks and user-defined marks: median, average, SD, outlier index. These data can be exported for further analysis. Selected data points can be deleted (titration-induced peaks and spikes).
