1. When BIOPS and saponin is added to the wells (plate), maybe we could add a text: BIOPS; BIOPS+saponin; BIOPS
2. 02:18 --> we add 1 mL of BIOPS into the eppendorf tube. Show the pippete with 1 mL. We add 1 mL of BIOPS to the Petridish as well.
