O2k-Open SupportInfo: improve Can I compare data sets recorded with different sensor gain settings?

Oxygen signals obtained after proper calibration are independent of the gain settings, therefore oxygen concentrations (and fluxes) can be compared, as long as the corresponding air and zero calibrations are applied.

MitoFit pdf "Altogether, our results show that chronic hypoxia optimizes the efficiency of mitochondrial ATP synthesis in the retrosplenial cortex of mice. Contrastingly, rats sustain the production of ATP only by increasing mitochondrial content and altering mitochondrial dynamics, suggesting drastic mitochondrial malfunctions."
