O2k-Open SupportInfo: improve Do I need to change the filter set of the O2k-Fluo Smart-Module?

Because two different filter sets can be used with the blue Fluo-Sensors, filters should be changed according to the fluorophore that will be used. Extra filters are provided for replacement in case of damage.

Protocols that SUIT your research question

Using Substrate-Uncoupler-Inhibitor-Titration protocols you can study mitochondrial respiratory control through a sequence of coupling and pathway control states induced by multiple titrations within a single experimental assay.

O2k-Publications in the MiPMap "We therefore hypothesized that the susceptibility to HIV-1 infection of FOXO1-inhibited resting T cells could be due to an increased cell metabolism. (...) Results obtained by high-resolution respirometry experiments of [human peripheral blood T cells] PBT (...) showed that [ROUTINE] respiration at the steady state was increased by [FOXO1 inhibitor] AS1842856."
