Coupling-control protocol

Description

A coupling control protocol induces different coupling control states at constant substrate supply. In intact cells, CCP can be appled by using membrane-permeable inhibitors of the phosphorylation system (e.g. oligomycin) and uncouplers (e.g. FCCP).
