Noticing higher values of J°1 when using the O2k-Chamber sV (0.5 mL) compared to the 2 mL O2k-Chamber?
The instrumental oxygen background flux, J°O2, is volume-dependent in the closed chamber; therefore, the values of J°1 are about four times higher in the sV chamber.
